Delivery Information
Processing Times
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 working days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays). Some specialist panels may take up to 3 working days to dispatch. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email. On the day of delivery, the courier will send a text or email with your estimated time slot.

Delivery Options & Times
Standard Delivery: 1–5 working days from dispatch
Free Delivery: Available on orders over £69.00* (1–5 working days)
Next Working Day Delivery: Available on orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri). Orders after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery is to the main entrance of your property only. Couriers are not insured to enter the premises.
Deliveries occur between 8am and 8pm and require a signature unless you provide a safe place.
Important: Please do not schedule installers or building work until your order has been received, opened, and checked. We are not liable for any third-party costs.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days from the order date, you’re entitled to request a full refund or replacement in line with UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied or have changed your mind, you may return goods within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at your own cost. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns remain your responsibility until they arrive with us, so we recommend using a tracked and insured service and retaining proof of postage.

We’ll arrange a refund or replacement, depending on stock availability. Please check all goods as soon as possible after delivery and notify us within a reasonable time.
Batch Numbers & Installation Advice
All products are manufactured in batches, and there may be slight colour or shade differences between batches. If you require a specific batch to match a previous order, please contact us to check availability.
Avoid cutting panels in direct sunlight or rain, as this may cause discolouration. Always refer to the Care & Maintenance instructions provided.
Ordering & Payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment details are not stored, so they will need to be re-entered for each new order.
Please wait until you receive your goods before arranging installation, as we cannot be held responsible for any incurred labour costs.
Products, Pricing & Promotions
All prices include VAT and are listed in GBP. We take care to ensure product descriptions, colours, and prices are accurate, but these may change at any time. Product colours shown online may vary slightly—samples are available upon request.
For wet areas, we recommend applying a clear silicone bead in the tongue and groove joints of each panel to prevent moisture ingress.

Ownership of Goods
Goods remain the property of Artido until paid for in full. We reserve the right to reclaim goods that haven’t been paid for, and you agree to grant access to reclaim them if necessary.
Complaints & Online Dispute Resolution
We strive to make your experience with us positive. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we’ll aim to resolve your complaint within 5 working days. Your feedback is welcome and helps us improve our service.
We also support Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) as faster, less formal options than legal proceedings.
